To begin, I do need a clear starting point to work from. So whether it's a plan or design you saw online or something you have sketched on the back of a pizza box, I will need you to provide a launching idea.

If you are within Park or Gallatin county, I'm happy to schedule a time for me to check out your home.
From that point, I can give you advice moving forward with my services or if there is a better direction I would suggest.
I've done projects that include home additions, interior remodels, decks, stairs and shops.

You can use my online project estimator to get a general idea of how much I will charge for your new construction project. But please keep in mind, this is a *rough estimate only* and is not meant to replace a quote I personally provide for your project.

Not necessarily.
For straightforward residential designs, many Montana cities and counties do not require engineered plans for permitting.

I work in three main stages:
First, we focus on the floor plan layout to dial in room sizes, flow, and function.
Next, I develop the exterior elevations so the home’s look and proportions come together.
Finally, I complete the construction details needed for permitting and building.

Possibly! I'm still building my list of reputable partners. I can typically give you a name & phone number, but you will have to check with them for price & availability.
